State Laughter

Dungeon Synth is a genre I could mostly give a fuck about. The stuff that is interesting sounds nothing like the generic fantasy bullshit. It's mostly just so derivative and choice of synth tones add to things sounding more parents basement than Scandinavian forest. Maybe I'm just drinking the kool-aid, but i think Old Tower's got it. Especially the b-side. Key is they hit on mood....Sounds more like music for a graveyard stabbing as opposed to music for a rejected nintendo video game about a goblin that has to get a job cos his parents kicked him out of the cave. Less escapism and more cold reality.
