Internet just wiped my whole write up of this shit. I think Viper is connected. Omnipresence...google search as circulatory system. Rap game R. Stevie Moore? Sun Ra's little 5th cousin trapped in afro futurist Neuromancer? The living meme finally graces vinyl. If it weren't for his massive catalog (if you don't know, mother fucker has like over 1000 albums on spotify, please go waste at least 20 minutes on that shit), the hilarity of "You'll Cowards" would have worn off long ago. It's not just a fluke though, its not Heitkotter, it's not some Acid Archives country singer that took acid and recorded in a sewer and then went on to playing in bar bands. It's not even Lil B....Viper's body of work is untouchable. If it weren't for stories of impropriety leading to him playing a house show with some of my younger friends in Atlanta like 5 or 6 years ago (fuck myself for not knowing about that), i would still believe that Viper was AI that vacuumed up content on what it thought rap should be and incessantly regurgitated it, mainlined into eardrums world wide. If someone would pay me, i would make it an art project to quit my job and listen to and write about every Viper song ever recorded. Yo Lil Pump, instead of literally pissing on your money, throw that shit my way. Down to one copy before i even listed this shit, so cop now....will reup as needed, but i expect the shelf life to be minute.
