Roy Montgomery has always been one of my favorite NZ musicians. From Dadamah and Dissolve, The Pin Group, his work with Liz Harris of Grouper....his multitude of beautiful solo recordings...he is singular and consistent. This new outing has Montgomery stepping to the background to showcase different women on every track. Liz Harris returns and some other names i was not privy to as well. Fans of his previous work will not be disappointed.
