State Laughter

Live fan club issue of some Reich standards from 1970....interesting to hear some different takes of these well know Reich pieces, but of most interest is probably the track "My Name Is". It is a track in the vein of "It's Gonna Rain" or other vocal phase pieces that Reich constructed, but this was done live using audio sourced from audience members. Add to that the live recording fidelity and i feel like you get a good approximation of what the cover of this LP looks like.
