State Laughter

Originally on Hobbies Galore and now on Night School. JMRG is Julia McFarlane and friends (previously known as Hot Topic). On par with the rest of the Hobbies Galore crowd, which you should know by now: The Stroppies, Blank Statements, Big Supermarket etc. Julia is also in The Shifters and the Twerps...Basically if you like that scene at all, you know where you are at. This one is a little bit more stripped down. Drums are non existent or to the back...much more spatial affair. Sometimes has the funkiness of Parsnip. Maybe a little Young Marble Giants? So now i have done what i hate and only used other bands as reference points for a record. Well regardless its a cool record!
