State Laughter

Rehearsal tape of mostly new GG King songs. I was supposed to rip a solo on the Another Dimension 7" but couldn't make it, so this is my first recording with the band, so i guess its official...even though I've been in the band for like 3 years now? This is released in anticipation of our 3rd LP, which is pretty close to being done and will be out most likely early next year. I'm biased, but GG King was one of my favorite bands before i joined, so whatever. I appreciate Greg's ability to take in so many non punk influences and keep the band interesting after a decade strong of playing. It's difficult for people to pinpoint what we are and thats one of the highest compliments i could imagine. Keep in mind this was all recorded live and while i think Ryan did a sublime job captures our drunken weekly gathering, the songs will be much more fleshed out on the album. But here is a little something till that materializes.
